What this page covers

This notice explains what happens to personal information you give us through easydocument.ai. It describes this website only. It does not describe the EasyDocument product itself, which is covered by the agreement you would sign before using it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo request form:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company
  • Anything you choose to write in the optional message field

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot tell who visited without a form submission.

Your IP address is read while a form is submitted, purely to limit how many submissions one address can make in an hour. It is held in memory for that hour and is never written to disk or to any database.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

To reply to you about the demo you asked for. That is the only purpose.

Your submission is emailed to our team. It is not written to any database, and it is not added to a mailing list. We will not send you marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own purposes.

Who else handles it

Two service providers are involved, and only as processors acting on our instructions:

  • Resend, which delivers the notification email to us. Your submission passes through their systems, which are outside India.
  • Google Cloud, which hosts this website in their Mumbai region.

How long we keep it

Your submission lives in our email, for as long as the conversation with you is useful. Because nothing is written to a database, deleting it means deleting the email, which we will do on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@alchemists.ltd and we will act on it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise a grievance with us at the same address, and you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We will update this page if what we do changes. This version is dated 11 September 2026.
