These terms apply to your use of easydocument.ai. They cover this website only, not the EasyDocument product, which is governed by a separate written agreement.

What this site is

An informational website describing our EXIM trade document reconciliation software, and a form for requesting a demonstration of it.

The figures, document names and shipment records shown on this site are illustrative examples, not real customer data and not a representation of results you will obtain.

Requesting a demo

Submitting the form is a request, not a contract. It does not oblige us to provide a demonstration and does not oblige you to buy anything. Please give accurate contact details, since we can only reply to what you enter.

Our content

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to Alchemists or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first.

No warranty

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing here is professional, legal or regulatory advice about trade documentation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
